Due to the COVID-19 restrictions introduced by the UK government we are unable to offer an RMA service until at least April 10th 2020.
We will extend warranties on all equipment requiring RMA for a period of 2 months to make sure that customers under warranty are not impacted by this decision and we will extend further if the situation calls for it.
